Dear beloved suppliers or customers,

為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)ZWA廉潔自律建設(shè)，端正工作作風(fēng)，同時也是為所有供應(yīng)商打造一個公平公正的合作機(jī)會，ZWA外聯(lián)人員（管理干部）將從思想及源頭上杜絕不廉潔行為的發(fā)生， 聲明如下:

Here to certify that:
In order to strengthen the self-discipline in an-bribing and set up a fair and even cooperative environment for the suppliers and customers. ZWA's managing staff will forbid any bribe behaviour and declare as follows:

1、ZWA嚴(yán)厲禁止索賄受賄和收取回扣的行為，嚴(yán)禁收取任何不正當(dāng)?shù)某杲稹⒍Y物或其他利益；

Any bribe will be strictly forbidden, includes but not limit to: commission, bonus, gift, cash etc.

2、任何員工未經(jīng)公司批準(zhǔn)不準(zhǔn)采購本人親屬及朋友的物品；

Any purchaser is forbidden to purchase the goods from their relatives or friends without the approval of the company.

3、不準(zhǔn)讓供應(yīng)商請客吃飯，必須參加的，經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)，由公司買單；

No dinner treat is allowed from the suppliers or customers. If necessary, after approval, ZWA will host and treat.

4、嚴(yán)禁管理干部收取下級員工所送的財物禮品。

No gifts or cash is allowed to be accepted from subordinates.

以上四條，若違反其中任意一條，均做開除處理，情節(jié)嚴(yán)重者將交與司法部門處理。

Any staff disobeys or violates the above articles will be dismissed. Those who have severe violation will be sued.
